<p>The condo is located in the Murano Grande on South Beach:</p>

<p>Judging from the photos of the pool (top left photo) and lobby (below), we&#8217;d have to say it&#8217;s a nice little piece of property to own.  We also understand that it&#8217;s a fair asking price.</p>
<p><a href="http://celebritydigshq.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/murano-grande-lobby.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-596" title="murano grande lobby" src="http://celebritydigshq.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/murano-grande-lobby.jpg" alt="" width="500" height="375" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Wayne</strong>, of course, won&#8217;t be needing this condo right now.  He was due to be sentenced to a year in prison earlier this month on gun charges, but the judge gave him a one-month delay to get some dental work done.</p>

So far, it&#8217;s been met with lukewarm reviews.</p>
<div>
<div>
<div>
<div>
<div>
<div>We listened to a little of the footage of her concert in Central Park yesterday, which aired this morning on ABC&#8217;s <em>Good Morning America</em>. Whitney was still not quite at the top of her game to us. </div>
<div></div>
<p>
<div>No matter though. Judging by all the fans who showed up, her album sales will be through the roof! </div>
<p>
<div>Good thing. Because Whitney could apparently use the money. Living with a drug addiction and that co-dependent husband Bobby Brown is what put her on the road to nearly losing both of her homes to foreclosure.</div>
<p><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 256px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 192px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5376895705366869170" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bo7lQN6X3pg/Sp6SJ_C3NLI/AAAAAAAAAic/O-z3mwOMl6Y/s320/whitney-houston-house-alpha.jpg" />
<div></div>
<p><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 232px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5376893801540298354" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_bo7lQN6X3pg/Sp6QbKvPJnI/AAAAAAAAAiM/9kwPe5lbn2Q/s320/whitney_houston_entryway_alpha.jpg" />Back in 2006, her $1.39M mansion (above) in the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, Georgia &#8212; where Whitney and Bobby filmed their TV reality show <em>Being Bobby Brown</em> &#8212; was in foreclosure. Luckily she was able to sell it for $1.19M before the bank got around to it.
<div></div>
<p>
<div>But who can forget this photo below from the National Enquirer of that bathroom in her house during the drug days?</div>
<p><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 304px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5376893809447840530" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_bo7lQN6X3pg/Sp6QboMiqxI/AAAAAAAAAiU/sjjGNWsVMok/s320/whitney_houston_trash_alpha.jpg" /></p>
<div>Then, there were the reports that her $6M estate (below) in Mendham, New Jersey, was also in foreclosure for a period in 2006 because she owed more than $1M in back taxes. </div>
<p><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 255px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5376896052962560882" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_bo7lQN6X3pg/Sp6SeN8Ii3I/AAAAAAAAAis/b2r9cjUiyJE/s320/whitney-house-nj_house.jpg" />
<div>Now that she&#8217;s ditched her two <strong>DH&#8217;s</strong> &#8212; her <strong>Drug Habit</strong> and her <strong>Deadbeat Husband</strong> &#8212; it looks like she&#8217;s on the road to an amazing comeback. Let&#8217;s hope that voice comes back too! </div>
<p>
<div></div>
<p>
<div>Good luck Whitney!</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>

<p>Folks, this is the same house previously rented by record producer <strong>Damon Dash</strong>. We recall seeing an MTV Cribs episode featuring this place. Still trying to locate it to post it here. Anyway, wonder what ever happened to Damon . . . . </p>

He purchased it from known arbiter of style and good taste, boxer <strong>Mike Tyson,</strong> for $4.1M and then reportedly added at least $6M in updates before setting the original asking price of $18.5M. After getting no takers, he lowered it to $14.5M and now it&#8217;s down to $10.9M.</p>
<p>Last year, he let <em>MTV Cribs</em> tour his 19-bedroom, 37-bathroom crib with 6 kitchens, a home movie theater and a disco, allegedly to give prospective buyers a peek.<br /><embed height="319" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="512" src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:192156" flashvars="configParams=type%3Dnormal%26vid%3D192156%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A192156%26startUri=mgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A192156" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" base="."></embed>
